  • About This Program

In partnership with Be More Foundation, founder and creative educator De'Les Green-Morris walks participants through mindful breathing exercises and music-making techniques to encourage creative energy flow. Bring your cameras, instruments, instrumentals, song lyrics, and other tools of sound to explore how the visuals and music you love express your identity and are part of self-care. This workshop leverages music and visuals into wellness practices that the entire family can enjoy.

    Participants can expect to:

    • Learn mindful breathing exercises and grounding techniques.
    • Experiment with everyday sights and sounds to encourage creative energy flow.
    • Share how their favorite sights and sounds express aspects of their identity and are part of their self-care strategies.
    • Participants will also have the opportunity to share imagery and songs that help them feel at peace, happy, confident, and reflective.
