  • About This Program

Join us in this exciting workshop where we will learn to design everyday products using computer-aided design (CAD) with teaching engineer Jaylin Carter. Here, we'll learn the fundamentals of CAD modeling using applications like Fusion360 to design everyday items. Computer-aided design is a technology used to create precise drawings and technical illustrations through computer software. It streamlines the design process, allowing for detailed modeling and simulations that are crucial in various industries. Real-world applications of CAD in creative fields include creating detailed architectural plans, developing prototypes for product designs like furniture or fashion pieces, and crafting digital artwork for animations and video games.
