  • About This Program

Artist and creative educator De'Les Latara presents "Sights and Sounds of Self-Care," an interactive workshop series designed to connect creativity and wellness. Participants learn how to use everyday sights and sounds to enhance their self-care practices through guided breathing exercises and visual and sound exploration. Attendees may bring cameras, iPads, musical instruments, or favorite beats and lyrics to explore how music and visuals express identity. By the conclusion of the workshop, participants will create a multimedia project that embodies the sights and sounds that bring them peace, joy, and confidence, making this an enriching experience for individuals and families alike.
