What is the At the Table Youth Residency Program?

The At the Table youth residency model, led by #CharlotteYouth, emphasizes collaboration among district, charter, private, and homeschool entities. The program involves high school students guiding programming through pop-ups and community engagement at the Gantt Center for the 2024-25 season. Participants gain exposure to marketing, design, business development, and the arts. These students serve as instructors, collaborate with peers, access VIP experiences, showcase their work, meet mentors, and shadow organizations aligned with their interests. They also contribute to long-term planning for MODA, and receive recognition and letters of recommendation.
